The safety of our employees, clients, contractors and the local communities in which we operate is an integral part of what we do.

Our commitment to our employees

At Trojan, we genuinely care for our people and are committed to sending them home safely. We only work with clients who manage work health and safety to our standards to ensure that our workers are placed in safe environments. We also make sure our workers get the right induction, instruction, training and personal protective equipment (PPE) for assignments, and encourage active participation in making sure workplaces remain safe.

Our commitment to our clients

We focus on safety education and injury prevention and are committed to eliminating or minimising hazards in the workplace, as far as reasonably practicable. For this reason, many of our formal procedures aim to ensure we can anticipate our clients’ safety needs, focus on injury prevention and create safer environments. Our goal is to develop real partnerships with our clients, aimed at achieving best practice delivery and standards in safety.
