Primary Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries about products and services
- Assist customers in selecting products, explaining features, benefits, and specifications to meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and other payment methods, and ensure proper documentation of sales orders
- Maintain a clean, visually appealing sales counter and store area
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, ensuring accurate quantities and quality standards
- Assist in preparing and packaging orders for delivery or pickup
- Maintain knowledge of product catalog, industry trends, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and meeting operational goals
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Vocational training preferred not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Good level of communication and rapport building skills
