Job description
Our client is a reputable and established manufacturer of quality equipment for HVAC systems supplying air filters, insulated flexible ducting, air grilles and vents, and fittings, who is on the hunt for a Counter Salesperson to join their growing team at Gepps Cross.
The Counter sales/stores position is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and operational support to ensure branch efficiency.

About the role:
- Maintain and update customer database
- Handle sales and service phone and internet enquiries
- Outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Arrange dispatch of products or product information to existing clients or new contracts
- Comply with credit and company procedures
- Receive and receipt payment for goods
- Maintain excellent presentation of counter sales area
- Ensure same day processing of sales orders for next day delivery/pick up
- Ensure accuracy of sales orders
What we are looking for:
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to tackle challenges and find solutions
- Well presented with good communication skills
- Knowledge of ordering systems is desired
- Experience working with a database
