Part-Time Administrator | Data Entry

Are you looking for a Part-Time Administrator role?
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a position and make it your own. Bring your experience in administration in the manufacturing, building or plastics industry.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 2.00pm.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Administration Manager and working as part of the team.
• Day to day administrative tasks and data entry.
• Answering phone calls, inbound and outbound 
• Respond to all enquiries in a proactive manner and ensure that each person receives the information and assistance they require.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year administration and data entry experience. 
• Proactive and professional manner
• Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• MS Office skills at an intermediate level in Word and Excel
