What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Nationally Recognised Training qualifications aligned with the role of a Locomotive Driver Assistant.
• Ability to pass a Category 1 Rail Medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing.
• Experience with NSW Safe Working procedures (preferred).
• Unrestricted Class C driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork.
• Full Australian work rights (essential).
