Service Technician - Workshop

At this thriving organisation, opportunities abound for skilled and driven individuals to join their team as Light/Small Engine Service Technicians. WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform various mechanical tasks involved in the repair, maintenance, and servicing of turf maintenance-related equipment, including lawn mowers, ride-on etc.
• Build new equipment fit for customer use
• Cylinder sharpening and cutting unit set up
• Establishing professional relationships with customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Light Vehicle and Plant /Cert II preferred but not essential, as long as suitable experience is demonstrated
• Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electric and mobile plant equipment and strong base of diagnostic skill is highly desirable  
• Excellent self - organisational and customer service skills
• Previous experience with hydraulics and electrical would be an advantage
