Reporting to Express Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the Service Point operations and provision of quality customer services to our customers.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Handle and maintain daily Service Point operations, including queue management, drop-off shipment and collection handling, shipment check, payment collection, etc.
- Handle enquiries of walk-in customers and provide quality customer services to win Happy customers with high satisfaction and loyalty
- Perform general clerical support such as data entry, reporting etc.
- Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining outstanding customer service standard
- Support ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superior
In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following attributes and attitude:
- At least 6 months' experience in a data entry/admin/customer service/ receptionist position
- Experience in admin or data entry in a freight forwarding company highly desirable
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent computer skills
- Effective interpersonal, good communication and telephone handling skills
- Thrive under fast pace and high pressure
